Pakistan claims it scared off India's Rafale fighter jets

A day after claiming that its army shot down an Indian quadcopter which allegedly violated the airspace along the Line of Control (LoC), Pakistan said it forced four Rafale fighter jets of the Indian Air Force, which were patrolling in the Kashmir region, to retreat.
Radio Pakistan claimed that the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) jets "promptly detected the presence of these Indian warplanes."
“As a result of PAF’s diligent action, the Indian Rafale jets panicked and were forced to flee,” a PTV News report said.

However, these claims have not been substantiated by Indian security agencies.
The news reports from Pakistan come after Islamabad claimed on Wednesday morning that it has "credible intelligence" that India is planning military action against it in the next 24-36 hours.
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during a meeting with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, the chiefs of three services, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan, told the armed forces that the armed forces have "complete operational freedom" to decide on the mode, targets and timing of India's response to the Pahalgam terror attack.
