CCI Billiards Classic: Shayan Razmi's Good Run In CCI Classic Billiards Continues
Shayan Razmi dominated his group in the CCI Billiards Classic 2025 being played at the Wilson Jones Hall of the Club. On Tuesday he eked out a 409-403 win against Martin Goodwill, a former British Royal Air Force pilot and a champion of a number of three-ball Cue Sport events in Great Britain. Goodwill was a pilot instructor in Saudi Arabia for eight years and currently he is the Head, Coaching, World Billiards
On Wednesday, Razmi completed his group engagements with a clean slate defeating Rafath Habib 516-380. The other winners in the first set of matches on the third day of the tournament were Nalin Patel who beat Akshay Gogri 750-278: it was Patel's second win the group.
In other matches Siddharth Parikh recorded a second win in his group. against Akshay Gogri 799-230 and Dhvaj Haria routed Amit Sapru 1222-100 with double century breaks of 260 and 253 and efforts of 190 and 102.
The champion cueist Pankaj Advani ran up breaks of 189 and 109 to put it across Ashok Shandilya 777-387.
