CMCH hosts annual research symposium

Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, hosted the 6th ‘Chrismed Annual Research and Education Symposium’, fondly known as CARES.

The event marked the return of an academic tradition, bringing together over 150 participants to celebrate research. This year’s symposium welcomed participants from a wide spectrum of disciplines, including dental sciences, physiotherapy, allied health sciences, and non-clinical specialties. Students, residents, and faculty from across institutions came together to share their research journeys, offering a rich and diverse academic experience.

CARES-2025 featured both competitive and non-competitive competitions. Presentations included original research, case reports, and case series, while project proposals, clinical trials, and retrospective studies were presented in the non-competitive segment. Awards were given to the top entries in each category, celebrating the spirit of inquiry, excellence and collaboration that CARES aims to foster.
