Daewoo Enters Indian Lubricant Market in Strategic Tie-Up with Mangali Industries
New Delhi — South Korean engineering giant Daewoo has officially forayed into the Indian automotive lubricant sector through a strategic licensing partnership with Mangali Industries Limited. The announcement was made at a grand launch event hosted at Le Méridien, New Delhi, where the companies unveiled Daewoo’s new range of premium lubricants tailored specifically for Indian road conditions.
The collaboration marks Daewoo’s entry into one of the world’s fastest-growing automotive markets. Known globally for its durable and innovative products, the brand is bringing its engineering prowess to India with a range of high-performance lubricants designed for two-wheelers, passenger vehicles, commercial transport, and agricultural machinery.
The launch event was attended by industry leaders and key stakeholders from the automotive and lubricant sectors. During the ceremony, the Licensee Certificate was officially presented to Mangali Industries, formalizing the alliance between the two companies.
