Storyline of Costao
The film is set in the 1990s in Goa, a period renowned for its vibrant tourist culture and sun-kissed beaches. However, beneath the surface of this paradise, crime was rampant. The story is inspired by the true account of Mr. Costao Fernandes, a brave customs officer from Goa who risked his career and his life to dismantle one of the largest gold smuggling networks in Indian history.
