Punjab National Bank: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has launched a special retail loan campaign PNB NIRMAAN 2025 for its customers. Under PNB NIRMAAN 2025, the bank is offering special offers on new loans to customers. This scheme has been started with the aim of providing loans on affordable and convenient terms to people taking loans for home, car and education. This scheme of the bank will be available at all PNB branches and digital platforms like PNB One app and PNB’s official website across the country.
What is PNB NIRMAAN 2025?
PNB NIRMAAN 2025 is a loan scheme available for a limited period, which aims to make loans for home, car and education affordable. Customers can avail many benefits under this scheme.
Processing and documentation charges on home and car loans will be zero.
There will be no NEC, legal or valuation fees on transferring old home loan to PNB.

PNB’s new interest rates (MCLR & RLLR)
PNB has implemented its new MCLR rates from April 1, 2025.
Overnight: 8.40%
1 month: 8.50%
3 months: 8.70%
6 months: 8.90%
1 year: 9.05%
3 years: 9.35%
At the same time, from April 10, 2025, PNB has reduced its Repo Linked Lending Rate (RLLR) from 8.90% to 8.65%. This includes 6.00% RBI repo rate and 2.65% bank mark-up. With this, the interest rate for customers has become 8.85% by adding 0.20% as BSP (base spread). This rate will be applicable on floating rate home, auto and MSME loans.
What is RLLR?
RLLR i.e. Repo-Linked Lending Rate is an interest rate that is directly linked to the repo rate fixed by RBI. As per the guidelines issued by RBI in October 2019, banks have to link their retail loans to an external benchmark rate, with the most common option being the repo rate.
How to apply?
Customers who want to take a loan under PNB NIRMAAN 2025 can apply online by visiting the nearest PNB branch or through the PNB One mobile app or the bank’s website. The digital process has been made simple and fast so that documents and approval can be done quickly. This scheme is especially beneficial for those who want to take a loan for their home, car or children’s education at cheap interest rates.
