KFC operator buys BiryaniByKilo co

Devyani International, a major player operating KFC, Pizza Hut, and Costa Coffee franchises, announced its plan to acquire up to 80.7% stake in Sky Gate Hospitality for ₹419.6 crore. This acquisition will bring popular brands like Biryani By Kilo, Goila Butter Chicken, and The Bhojan under Devyani International's umbrella, expanding its portfolio in the food and beverage sector.
