Preview:
Rajasthan Royals need a rapid fix to arrest their slide in IPL 2025 as they face an in-form Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on April 24, Thursday at the Chinnaswamy Stadium. With Sanju Samson yet again likely to be unavailable, the inaugural IPL champions face a stiff test to overcome a rampant Royal Challengers.
The Royals have lost back-to-back games which they ought to have won. After a super-over defeat against the Delhi Capitals, Rajasthan ended up losing to the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) by two runs as they failed to score nine off the last six deliveries. Having lost six out of eight games this season, Royals are massively under pressure to spark a comeback.
Although RCB have won all their away games, they are yet to win a home fixture and all their three losses have come at the Chinnaswamy Stadium. With conditions vastly different to what they have been used to in their home ground, Rajat Patidar and co. have struggled to adapt to the conditions.
