JKBOSE Results 2025: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) is expected to announce the JKBOSE Class 12 Results 2025 in the last week of April. As per the various media reports, the JKBOSE Class 12 results for the academic session 2025 are going to be released on April 30, 2025. However, the JKBOSE has not released confirmed the exact date and time of the result declaration.
Once the JKBOSE Class 12 Results 2025 are released, applicants must get their provisional scorecards from the JKBOSE official websites at jkbose.in or jkresults.nic.in. Students can access their preliminary mark sheets by inputting their roll number and registration number.
The online mark sheet is temporary, and students must acquire original certificates from their institutions within a few days of receiving the results.
Candidates can also check their results by texting "JKBOSE12" to 567675. DigiLocker provides results at results.digilocker.gov.in.
JKBOSE Class 12 exam 2025 details
The JKBOSE Class 12 exams for 2025 were held in two distinct zones to address the region's varied geographical issues. The exams for soft zone areas, especially in the Jammu and Kashmir divisions, were held between February 15 and March 17, 2025. On the other hand, hard zone regions, including distant regions, conducted tests between February 20 and March 20, 2025. This partition provides logistical practicality for students in harsher weather regions.
Around 93,000 students took the JKBOSE Class 12 exams in soft and hard zones, matching the previous year's attendance of 93,340 applicants.
JKBOSE Class 12 2025: Passing marks
The examinations encompassed various disciplines like arts, commerce, science, and home science, with a passing grade of 33% in general English and 36% in each of the four choice areas. For disciplines with practical sections, candidates required 36% in theory and practicals, as well as in total.
JKBOSE Class 12 Result 2025: Revaluation process and supplementary exam
Those who are unhappy with their results may ask for re-evaluation but they have at least achieved 20% in the subject. The re-evaluation charge is Rs 495 per answer sheet, and results are expected in July 2025. Candidates who do not meet the required passing scores can take supplementary exams in July 2025, with results issued in September.
