Bosnian Serb leader back in Sarajevo after arrest attempt

Milorad Dodik, wanted on secession charges, returned to the Serb portion of Sarajevo after federal police hesitated to arrest him fearing conflict with Bosnian Serb forces. Dodik, defying an arrest warrant, accused the federal police of violating Republika Srpska laws.
