'Drive' and 'Bronson' director Nicolas Winding Refn announces next

Danish filmmaker Nicolas Winding Refn, who became a popular name among serious cineastes with notable films such as Bronson, Drive, and the Pusher trilogy, has announced his next film titled Her Private Hell, which he will direct from his own script.
Refn and Neon, the production house involved in the film, announced the project on their social media handles. Except for details of the main cast members — Charles Melton, Sophie Thatcher, Kristine Froseth and Havana Rose Liu — and filming commencement (this year), all other details have been kept under wraps.
However, reports indicate that the film will be a thriller, a no-brainer considering Refn's previous films have been all high-intensity stories with some top-tier performers from Denmark, US and UK.
Charles Melton, who was last seen in Warfare and the Todd Haynes film May December (for which he got multiple nominations), is best known for his breakout role as Reggie Mantle in the show Riverdale. He is expected to be playing the lead alongside Sophie Thatcher, who got noticed recently in Heretic and Companion, and the series Yellowjackets. Given the acclaim and popularity of these titles, and her performance getting considerable praise, it goes without saying Thatcher is slowly proving herself to be a talent to watch out for.
A filmmaker who was most recently active in the streaming space, Nicolas Winding Refn directed the Netflix miniseries Copenhagen Cowboy in addition to the Amazon Prime series Too Old to Die Young — both thrillers. The latter starred Whiplash and Top Gun: Maverick fame Miles Teller.
