'India Will Identify, Trace & Punish Every Terrorist': PM Modi Vows Action In First Public Address After Pahalgam Terror Attack

Bihar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday, April 24, addressed his first public appearance after the deadly terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, that claimed the lives of 26 individuals and left several injured.

During his speech at an event in Bihar's Madhubani, PM Modi observed a minute of silence to pay homage to the innocent lives killed in the brutal terrorist assault on Tuesday, April 22.

Condemning the incident, PM Modi said, "Today, on the soil of Bihar, I say to the whole world, India will identify, trace and punish every terrorist and their backers. We will pursue them to the ends of the Earth. India's spirit will never be broken by terrorism. Terrorism will not go unpunished. Every effort will be made to make sure that justice is done."

"The entire nation is one in this resolve. Everyone who believes in humanity is with us. I thank the people of various countries and their leaders who have stood with us," he added.
