Netflix's 'Enola Holmes 3' has officially started production
In a most thrilling announcement, Netflix revealed the production of the third instalment of the mystery thriller film series Enola Holmes. This news sent shockwaves among the most anticipated fans, who have been eagerly anticipating the return of Millie Bobby Brown as the fearless Enola Holmes. The film continues the Holmes universe from the perspective of Sherlock Holmes's younger sister Enola, who was introduced in the popular book series by Nancy Springer.
The news came out on Netflix’s official social media pages, confirming the production of the third film is underway. They also shared a sneak peek of the upcoming movie, showcasing Enola’s adventure in Malta. The first film took Enola on an adventure to find her missing mother. The second centred on Enola starting her own detective agency.

Even when the major details of the plot remain under wraps, fans expect the same blend of action, wit and adventure that characterised the previous films, starring Millie Bobby Brown as Enola Holmes, Henry Cavill as Sherlock Holmes, Helena Bonham Carter as Eudoria Holmes and Louis Partridge as Tewkesbury, respectively.
However, the director of the first two films, Harry Bradbeer, won't return for this outing; instead, Philip Barantini, director of Netflix’s hit series, Adolescence, will take over this time. The film is produced by Mary Parent, Ali Mendes and Alex Garcia for Legendary Entertainment, and Millie Bobby Brown and Paige Brown for PCMA productions. Executive producers include Jake Bongiovi, Isobel Richards, Joshua Grode and Michael Dreyer. The Enola Holmes franchise has proved to be a hit property for Netflix.
