Pahalgam Tourist Attack: Sketches Of Terrorists Released By Security Agencies
Security agencies on Wednesday released the sketches of three terrorists who carried out the Pahalgam terrorist attack, killing 26 tourists. According to eyewitnesses, terrorists opened fire at civilians at a famed meadow Baisaran. The attack was the deadliest in Kashmir since the Pulwama strike in 2019. Five to six terrorists were reportedly shot at innocent tourists.
Earlier in the day, a photo of one of the terrorists involved in the attack also surfaced online. The image shows the terrorist holding an AK-47 rifle.
The terrorists appeared in the meadow around 2:30 pm. Videos of the moment when the attack took place are going viral on social media. Eyewitnesses also revealed that terrorists singled out Hindu tourists and shot them dead.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah immediately landed in Srinagar on Tuesday night to personally oversee the response and security measures in the region. He also visit the attack site. Prime Minister Narendra Modi cut short his Saudi Arabia visit and returned to New Delhi on Wednesday morning.
PM Modi condemned the attack, calling it a “cowardly assault on innocent civilians.” He directed the Home Minister to ensure swift and decisive action to address the incident. Modi further emphasised the need for justice and the restoration of public safety in the region.
Pakistan-based terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) offshoot The Resistance Front (TRF) claimed the responsibly for the attack.
