Anna University has announced that the TANCET 2025 results will go live today, April 23. The Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test, or TANCET, 2025, was held on March 22 this year.
If you were among the 30,000 candidates, you can check your scores, including both your actual marks and percentile, through the official portal at https://tancet.annauniv.edu. You will need your registered email ID and password to log in and access your result.
In addition to the individual results, Anna University is also expected to release a press note summarising key exam statistics, such as the number of candidates who took the test, which could offer insight into the competition levels this year.

Is There A Rank Rank List For TANCET?
Unlike some entrance exams, Anna University does not immediately disclose a list of top scorers. Instead, the official TANCET rank list is published only after the counselling registration process and document verification are completed.
This means that only those candidates who successfully verify their documents will find their names and ranks on the final merit list. This rank list is used to determine eligibility and seat allocation during the admissions process.
No Pass-Fail Barrier: How TANCET Scores Are Evaluated
TANCET doesn’t come with a set passing score. Instead, Anna University evaluates each candidate’s performance based on percentile rankings and actual scores.
