2023 students sought permission from SC to appear in JEE Advanced, court dismissed the petition

The Supreme Court dismissed the petition seeking permission to allow students who passed the 12th in 2023 to appear in JEE Advanced 2025. The court said that this matter is of policy area and the courts should work slowly in interfering in matters of education. The petition claimed that there was a sudden change in the eligibility criteria for JEE-Advanced 2025.
