'Bahut Unmusical Hai': Rekha Bhardwaj Gets Annoyed, Stops Performance Midway As People Burst Firecrackers During Bhopal Concert (VIDEO)

Veteran singer Rekha Bhardwaj was seen getting visibly annoyed during her Bhopal concert over the weekend after her soulful performance was interrupted by the loud noise of firecrackers. The singer halted her performance midway and stated that the firecrackers went off at a very wrong timing.

Rekha performed in Bhopal on Saturday, and several videos from the venue have now gone viral. In one of them, the singer can be seen getting miffed and momentarily losing her calm after firecrackers suddenly went off near the venue, disturbing her performance.

As the firecrackers went on and on, the singer stopped her performance, and calmly waited for the noise to stop. "Yeh patakhe bahut unmusical hai. Bahut galat waqt pe aaye hai," she told the audience. She also expressed concern for the locals who she said might be asleep by that time.

"Can we please stop this? Yeh jo patakhe hai...bahut ho gaya," she then appealed.

Soon after, the noise from the firecrackers ended, the singer picked up from right where she had left the performance. She went on to croon 'Lambi Judaai', sending the crowd into a tizzy.

As the video went viral, netizens fumed and expressed their disappointment over the incident, calling it disrespectful towards the singer. "Bhopal doesn't deserve such legend singer's program," a user commented on Instagram, while another wrote, "No respect for artists in this country".
