Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is now making his mark in real estate as well. Recently, he made a substantial profit from the sale of two apartments, and now he has sold office space for Rs 8 crore.  Kumar sold the office space located in Lower Parel, Mumbai. Property registration documents have been provided by a real estate website named Square Yards.

Akshay’s deal was completed in April 2025 and he sold the office space to Vipul Ramesh Mehta and Kashmira Vipul Mehta. Along with the office, two car parking spaces were also included in it. Earlier, in March 2025, Kumar earned Rs 6.6 crore by selling two of his apartments in Borivali, Mumbai. One of them was sold for Rs 5.35 crore, while the other was sold for Rs 1.25 crore.

According to the papers submitted to the registration department (IGR), this office space is located in One Place Lodha. It is spread over approximately 1,146.88 sq ft and includes two car parking spaces. The deal attracted a stamp duty of Rs 48 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

According to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), One Place Lodha is a commercial project developed by Macrotech Developers (Lodha). It is spread over 1.08 acres and offers office spaces ranging from 179 sq ft to 27,392 sq ft. As per Square Yards Data Intelligence, a total of eight deals took place in One Place Lodha between May 2024 and April 2025. The total value of these deals is ₹618 crore, and the average property price in this project is Rs 48,000 per sq ft. Lower Parel is one of the best residential and commercial areas in Mumbai. It is well connected to business areas like Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) and Nariman Point.

According to Square Yards, Bollywood stars like Abhishek Bachchan, Shahid Kapoor, Amish Tripathi, and Manoj Bajpayee also own homes in Lower Parel. This information was obtained from the property registration papers filed with the IGR. Recently, Akshay Kumar made a significant profit from the sale of his apartments. The apartment he sold for Rs 5.35 crore was originally purchased in November 2017 for just Rs 2.82 crore. This means its value increased by 89%.

The carpet area of the apartment was 100.34 square meters (1,080 square feet). The stamp duty on this apartment was Rs 32.1 lakh, and the registration fee was Rs 30,000. The second apartment, which the actor sold for Rs 1.25 crore, was bought by him in 2017 for Rs 67.19 lakh. Thus, its value increased by 86 percent. The carpet area of this apartment was 23.45 square meters (252 square feet). The stamp duty on this transaction was Rs 7.5 lakh, and the registration fee was Rs 30,000.
