Amit Shah's Weight Loss Journey Revealed: '2 Hours Of Exercise, 6 Hours Of Sleep' Is His Fitness Secret
At a recent event on World Liver Day (April 19), Union Home Minister Amit Shah opened up about his personal health transformation, offering citizens a rare glimpse into his disciplined lifestyle. Speaking at the programme organised by the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) in New Delhi, Shah revealed his fitness secret and also urged others to do the same.
'Right amount of sleep, water, food and exercise'
Shah's transformation since 2020 has not gone unnoticed; his leaner frame and newfound energy have sparked curiosity among many. At the ILBS event, he finally gave insights into his wellness journey. Rather than adopting extreme diets or quick-fix fads, Shah credited consistent lifestyle changes as the real key to his progress. His routine features a clean diet, sufficient rest, and daily movement.
"I made a huge change in my life since May 2020 till today. The required amount of sleep, water and diet, and routine exercise has given me a lot... Today, I stand before you free from any kind of allopathic medicine and insulin," Shah shared with the audience.
What is the secret?
Unlike new-age fitness regimens that rely on elaborate routines or personal trainers, Shah's health mantra is simple and easily accessible. He emphasised that better health isn't about luxury but about dedication to the basics.
"It has improved my ability to work, think, and make decisions," he said, highlighting the impact his wellness journey has had not only on his physical health but also on his cognitive and emotional well-being.
His advice to others was equally straightforward and powerful. "I request them to dedicate two hours to exercise for their body and six hours of sleep for their brain. This would be extremely useful. This is my own experience," Shah urged, encouraging citizens to take proactive steps for their own health.
