DU Announces VCIS Summer Internship 2025 For UG And PG Students; Check Details
Delhi University has opened applications for the Vice Chancellor’s Internship Scheme (VCIS) Summer Internship 2025. The internship, coordinated by the Dean Students’ Welfare Office, will take place during June and July 2025. Interested students currently enrolled in any undergraduate or postgraduate program at Delhi University are encouraged to apply. However those in their final semester or final year are not eligible, and students who have previously engaged in any type of the VCIS either summer or part-time are ineligible.
This internship of two months is organised as a part-time engagement with 20 hours of work per week and comes with a stipend of ₹11,025 per month. Upon successful completion of the internship, students will be awarded a certificate by the Dean Students' Welfare.
A key requirement for the application is a Letter of Recommendation from the applicant’s Principal or Head of Department. This should be printed on official letterhead, stamped, and signed on or after April 15, 2025. The document must also bear a date stamp on or after April 15, 2025. Application without this letter will not be entertained.

From there, they must choose the link named 'Vice Chancellor's Internship Scheme (VCIS) Summer Internship 2025'. This will take them to the application portal, where they can complete the form, upload required documents such as the recommendation letter, and submit the application. Upon submission, applicants are requested to download and save the confirmation page for future use, particularly during the interview process.
Last Date To Apply
The deadline for submission of applications is April 30, 2025. Students who want to have practical exposure and make a valuable contribution through their summer vacation are advised to apply early.
