Mukesh and Nita Ambani’s Mumbai residence, Antilia is worth $4.6 billion. It doesn’t have traditional air conditioners or outdoor units. The 27-floor house has unique technologies which sets it apart from other big houses in India.
Antilia has a centralized cooling system that maintains the indoor temperature automatically which is adapted as per the surrounding environment.
How Antilia’s Cooling System Works
The central cooling system in Antilia operates autonomously, without any manual temperature adjustments. This technology considers various factors in the mansion, like the marble flooring, plants, flowers, and accordingly adjusts the temperature to maintain their quality.
According to media reports, temperatures are adjusted differently for various areas of the home. This system also helps luxurious interiors, delicate flowers and high-grade marble to maintain its quality.
