CBI re-registers case on former Chhattisgarh babus for 'swaying' probe
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has re-registered a case. The case involves three individuals. They are former principal secretary, former joint secretary and advocate general of Chhattisgarh government. They are accused of influencing proceedings in Nargik Apurti Nigam (NAN) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) cases. CBI took over the case from the State Economic Offences Investigation Bureau (EoW), Raipur.
