WHAT’S HOT: Cricket tourney

Gymkhana Premier League, a cricket tournament, will be held at Jullundur Gymkhana Club from April 24 to May 3. Members of the club and their wards are set to participate in the day-night event. The event will conclude with a prize distribution ceremony, set to be attended by senior bureaucrats of the city.

Remembering Hari S Nalwa

INTACH Punjab and the Hari Singh Nalwa Foundation Trust will hold a seminar on the occasion of the 188th death anniversary of the legendary Commander-in-Chief of the Sikh Khalsa Army, Hari Singh Nalwa. The event will be held at Guru Gobind Singh Public School, Hoshiarpur, on April 30. Lt Gen AS Bahia (retd); descendent of the family Dr Vanit Nalwa; Maj Gen Kulpreet Singh (retd); and Maj Gen Balwinder Singh (retd) will be the speakers at the event.

Lifestyle exhibition

Queens, a lifestyle exhibition, will be organised at Hotel ITC Fortune Avenue, Jalandhar, on April 19 and 20. The exhibition will host several stalls, including those showcasing bridal-wear, designer-wear, handbags, footwear, jewellery and home decor. The event is being organised by Tim Tim Events.
