"Argument Is Misconceived": Mahesh Jethmalani On Kapil Sibal vs Jagdeep Dhankhar

Amid a war of words between senior lawyer Kapil Sibal and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar over courts framing a deadline for the President to clear pending bills, senior advocate and BJP MP Mahesh Jethmalani has said that the argument was "misconceived". "The Vice President meant Article 142 cannot be a fallback provision; he did not say that in his ceremonial position but as part of a speech to interns," he told NDTV.
