AAP Slams Delhi's 'Double Engine' BJP Govt Over 3 Murders Within 24 Hours
The Aam Aadmi Party on Friday slammed the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party in the national capital as three violent crimes rocked the city within 24 hours.
Former Delhi Chief Minister Atishi questioned the law and order situation in the city over the murder of a 17-year-old in Seelampur.
"The murder of a 17-year-old youth in Seelampur is another example of the deteriorating law and order situation in Delhi. What is the Delhi Police doing?" she posted on X.
AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh also slammed the ruling saffron party for "rising crimes" in Delhi.
"Law and order is not improving under the BJP," Singh said.

Three Murders Within 24 Hours
The national capital witnessed three murder incidents within 24 hours between Thursday and Friday. The first incident took place in Central Delhi's Nabi Karim area where the matter escalated over a minor road accident.
Two brothers, Lucky and Sagar killed a 34-year-old man Sagar, with a screwdriver after his vehicle brushed past their vehicle. Both the accused are currently on the run, reported NDTV.
In the second incident, a 24-year-old man identified as Ashish Anand was stabbed to death. The victim's mother has alleged a plot hatched by four to five people against his son. Two accused have been arrested while the police are on the hunt for others.
The third incident took place in Seelampur where a 17-year-old boy, Kunal was stabbed to death. The victim was rushed to hospital where the doctors declared him dead during the treatment. A case has been booked and multiple teams have been deployed to identify and arrest the accused.
Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said she has spoken to the police commissioner about Kunal's murder case. "The police are after the accused, and they will be caught soon. Justice will be served," she added.
