MP CM Mohan Yadav Transfers Over ₹1500 Crore Under 'Laadli Behna Yojna' From Mandla

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav transferred the 23rd installment of Laadli Behna Yojana to their accounts from Mandla district.

April 16 was a very special day for the Laadli sisters of Madhya Pradesh. CM Dr. Yadav transferred Rs. 1552 crore 38 lakh to the accounts of 1 crore 27 lakh to the beneficiaries of Ladli Behna Yojana in one click.

Along with this, he also transferred Rs 340 crore to the accounts of 56 lakh 68 thousand social security pension beneficiaries, Rs. 57 crore for cylinder refilling to the accounts of more than 25 lakh sisters. More than 1100 couples tied the knot during the program.

Event started with Kanya Pujan

CM Dr. Yadav performed Kanya Pujan at the beginning of the programme in Tikarwara village of Mandla. He also showered flowers on the Laadli sisters.

They also expressed their gratitude to CM Dr. Yadav, and brought love-filled messages for him on placards. On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the Gondwana belt of Mandla is a belt of brave people, with blessings of 'Maa Narmada'.

CM pays gratitude towards PM Modi

During the programme CM Mohan Yadav said, Maa Narmada has blessed our Mahakaushal, Madhya Bharat, Malwa and Gujarat. Madhya Pradesh is anyway the maternal home of rivers.

"We congratulate Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the world's first river linking campaign Ken-Betwa. This scheme will cover the entire area from Panna, Damoh Sagar to Chhatarpur Tikamgarh, then Raisen, Vidisha in Madhya Pradesh along with Bundelkhand of Uttar Pradesh," he added.
