Madhya Pradesh Man Brutally Hammers Wife With Iron Pan After Fight, Kills Her & Flees
Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A tragic incident has been reported from Madhya Pradesh's Dewas, where a 35-year-old man allegedly beat his wife to death on Wednesday night. The accused aggressively attacked her head with an iron pan and continued to hit her till she died. He even smashed her face and fled.
The deceased has been identified as 30-year-old Sanjana Malviya.
After receiving information about the murder, Tonkkhurd police reached the spot and started an investigation. A police team is searching for the absconding accused.
Late-night argument led to murder?
Additional Superintendent of Police, Dewas City, Jaiveer Singh Bhadoria, said that the police reached the spot after receiving information about the incident late at night.
According to the information, the incident happened in Salamkhedi village of Dewas District on Wednesday late night. A prima facie probe reveals that an argument broke out between accused 35-year-old Swaroop Solanki and his wife, Sanjana. Solanki lost her temper, picked up an iron pan from the kitchen and started beating her. He continued to hit her head and face till she fell unconscious on the ground, bleeding.
Police set up teams to nab accused
The accused has absconded after the murder. Police teams have been deployed in Tonk Khurd area and other nearby areas to search for him. Raids are being conducted at possible locations.
The exact reason behind the murder will be known only after the accused is caught.
