BMW Group India Unveils Next-Gen Retail.NEXT Showrooms in Delhi NCR
New Delhi: BMW Group India has expanded its innovative Retail.NEXT dealership format with two new showrooms in Delhi NCR, launched in collaboration with Deutsche Motoren and Infinity Cars. These next-generation facilities aim to transform the luxury automotive retail experience by combining contemporary design, digital integration, and customer-focused engagement.
Retail.NEXT is BMW’s global retail strategy designed to enhance customer interaction through immersive spaces and intuitive layouts. The new showrooms reflect this vision by offering open, welcoming environments that blur the lines between sales and service areas, and emphasize personalization and convenience.
Luxury Reimagined at Deutsche Motoren
Located in Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, the new Deutsche Motoren showroom spans 8,600 sq. ft. and displays nine BMW vehicles across two levels. The space has been designed to cater to the evolving expectations of premium car buyers in Delhi. Yadur Kapur, Dealer Principal of Deutsche Motoren, said the upgrade marks a shift in how luxury vehicles are presented and experienced, offering customers a seamless and elevated journey.
Infinity Cars Expands Presence in the Capital
Infinity Cars, which previously introduced Retail.NEXT in Mumbai, has now brought the concept to Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. The 6,490 sq. ft. facility showcases five new BMW models alongside four BMW Premium Selection (BPS) pre-owned cars. Dealer Principal Pooja Choudary emphasized that the new space reflects the brand’s commitment to staying ahead in a rapidly evolving luxury market.
A New Standard in Customer Experience
Key highlights of the Retail.NEXT concept include a central hospitality area called the BMW Bar & Lounge, multifunctional consultation zones, and a unified layout that brings together all BMW Group brands and services. Visitors are greeted at a welcome stand, and digital tools support a personalized experience throughout the customer journey.
The showrooms also feature EV charging stations and areas dedicated to lifestyle products and accessories, further enhancing the premium feel.
With these launches, BMW Group India continues to set new benchmarks for luxury automotive retail, offering customers an engaging and future-ready environment.
