'Andar Kheecho Yaar': 'Drunk' Doctor Treats 4-Yr-Old Child’s Cough With Cigarette In Jalaun; Makes Him Smoke & Inhale (VIDEO)

Jalaun (Uttar Pradesh), April 16: A doctor's job is to provide a new lease of life to dying patient, however, a case has come to light where a doctor was caught doing the exact opposite. In a shocking incident, a doctor was caught on camera teaching a small child how to smoke a cigarette in Uttar Pradesh's Jalaun. The doctor claimed that he was treating the child for cough and cold by making him inhale the smoke of the cigarette.

The incident was caught on camera and the video of the incident is doing rounds on social media. It can be seen in the video that the doctor lighted a cigarette and gave it to the kid to smoke. He is seen in the video giving tutorial to the small child on how to smoke cigarette.

There are reports that the doctor is posted at the Community Health Center (CHC) in Kuthound which is located in Jalaun and the evil doctor has been identified as Dr. Suresh Chandra and the CMO N.D. Sharma has transferred the doctor. He has also sent a report with the details of the incident to the administration. He has directed the ACMO to conduct an inquiry into the incident and take strictest action against the accused doctor.

As per reports, the incident occurred around 15 days earlier. Dr. Suresh Chandra was at the hospital when he noticed a 4-year-old boy. He was accompanied by his parents who went to see the doctor, leaving the child behind. On seeing the kid, the doctor removed a cigarette from his pocket and gave it to the kid. The doctor gave it to the kid as the child told him that he had cough. There are reports that the doctor was under the influence of alcohol when the incident occurred.

He then told the kid to put the cigarette in his mouth and lighted it. He also taught the kid to take the smoke inside. He can be heard in the video saying, "Kheecho, kheecho, aur kheecho" while lighting the cigarette. He also told the kid, "Andar kheecho yaar, aise dekho hum bata rahe hai." He then took the cigarette from the child and smoked a puff and showed him how to smoke.

The doctor then handed over the cigarette to the child and asked him to take more puffs. One of the individuals present at the spot recorded the video on his phone camera after which the video went viral on social media. The police reacted to the video and an investigation has been ordered in connection with the matter.
