Can you get Days Gone Remastered with PS Plus

Days Gone Remastered is going to be released on April 25 on PC and PS5. Those who already own the original copy on PS4, will be able to upgrade to the Remastered version for $10. But for the PlayStation Plus member, this $10 upgradation pathway is not available as they will have to buy the whole game separately.
