According to the information received, a case has been registered against Rishikesh Bhagwan Gaikwad at Uttam Nagar Police Station after he waved the koyta and threatened the complainant's family after they asked for the refund of ₹5 lakh.

The police said that the complainant is a real estate agent and had paid ₹5 lakh to Bhagwan Gaikwad to buy a flat in the Uttam Nagar area in the name of his mother. However, due to some financial difficulties, he decided not to take the flat in December and demanded a refund of the amount paid. However, Gaikwad repeatedly gave vague answers and did not return the money.

On April 15, the complainant and his family went to Gaikwad's house to demand money. At that time, Bhagwan Gaikwad was not at home. However, his son Rishikesh Gaikwad suddenly brought a long koyta from the house and angrily ran towards the complainant. The complainant and his family, frightened by this incident, immediately reached the police station. Fortunately, no one was injured, added the police.

Further investigation is underway.
