Canceled Train: The problems of railway passengers travelling towards eastern states including UP, Bihar, Delhi will increase. 14 pairs of trains on these routes will remain cancelled till the month of May. In such a situation, railway passengers travelling long distances may have to face a lot of problems.
Due to cancellation or diversion of trains, passengers going to cities like Gorakhpur, Moradabad, Saharanpur, Meerut, Prayagraj, Bareilly, Shahjahanpur, Bijnor, Najibabad etc. in UP will now have to think of other options.
Apart from this, the operation of trains on the Haridwar route of Uttarakhand will also be affected. Let us tell you that since the month of April, trains have been diverted and cancelled on many routes of UP.
Many trains will be cancelled or diverted on different days. According to the information of the Railway Headquarters, the operation of trains will be affected due to the work of laying the third rail line between Gorakhpur to Kusmhi station in UP.
Senior DCM, Moradabad Aditya Gupta said that there is already a double track between Gorakhpur to Kusmhi. Now the third new railway line is being laid there. Told that NI (Non Interlocking) work will be done on it till May 4.
During this time, from the point of view of security, a 24-day mega block has been given by the headquarters. During the period of mega block, 14 pairs of trains passing through Moradabad have been cancelled on different dates.
These include Saharsa-Anand Vihar Terminal Delhi-Saharsa Special Express from 11 April to 30 April, Radhikapur-Anand Vihar Terminal-Radhikapur Weekly Express from 10 April to 3 May, Kamakhya-Anand Vihar Terminal-Kamakhya Weekly Express from 24, 25 April, 1, 2 May and Gorakhpur-Anand Vihar Terminal-Gorakhpur Weekly Express from 30 April and 1 May.
Apart from these, the remaining 10 pairs of trains pass through Laksar, Roorkee or Laksar, Haridwar. It was said that to avoid inconvenience to the passengers, information regarding train cancellation has already been issued. It was told that the work of laying the railway line will be completed within the stipulated time limit.

-Jaynagar-Amritsar -Jaynagar, Shaheed Express – from 12 April to 4 May
-Gorakhpur-Dehradun-Gorakhpur, Rapti Ganga Express – from 15 April to 30 April
-Muzaffarpur-Dehradun-Muzaffarpur, Rapti Ganga Express – from 19 April to 28 April
-Gorakhpur-Jammutvi-GorakhpurAmarnath Express — 21, 26, 28 April and 3 May
Amritsar-Gorakhpur-Amritsar, Jansadharan Express – 20, 21, 27, 28 April
-Amritsar-Purnia Court-Amritsar, Janseva Express – from 19 April to 3 May
-Saharsa-Amritsar-Saharsa, Jansadharan Express – 27, 28 April
-Amritsar-New Jalpaiguri-Amritsar, Clone Superfast – 30 April, 2 May
