Visually impaired woman’s baby snatched near Ram Mandir in Bhubaneswar

According to her complaint lodged at the Kharavel Nagar police station, an unidentified miscreant snatched the child and disappeared into the night. The grieving mother, helpless due to her disability, could do nothing but scream for help in the silence of the early morning.
