On March 23, Mr. Praveen Kumar was sighted purchasing liquor in three locations and escaped three accidents. He was sighted for the last time at 11.42 p.m. a few minutes before his two-wheeler skidded into a field on the outskirts of Rajamahendravaram city as shown in the CCTV footage
