MP Horror! Girl Teams Up With Lover To Kill Father Over Disapproval; Mixes Sleeping Pills In Dad's Tea & Axes Him To Death
Panna (Madhya Pradesh): A 30-year-old woman and her lover were arrested on charges of killing her father in Madhya Pradesh's Panna district on Thursday.
The heinous crime took place on Tuesday night, when the accused woman mixed sleeping pills in her father's tea and axed him to death.
According to Balbir Singh the station in-charge of Dharampur police station, the accused Rambai (30) was in a relationship with Raju Dumar (35) since last 3 years.
Her father, Ramkesh disapproved of the affair and asked her daughter to stay away from Raju. The disapproval reportedly led the duo to plan the murder and eliminate Ramkesh.
On Tuesday night, Rambai allegedly mixed sleeping pills in her father's tea. Just after her father fell asleep in the courtyard, she called her lover home. Police then said Raju attacked Ramkesh Yadav, with an axe and Yadav died on the spot.
The accused kept pretending to cry in front of the police
On receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot. Initially Rambai try to mislead the police by crying and claiming that she had gone to the forest along with her aunt to collect Mahua in the midnight. Upon returning she claimed she saw her father lying on the cot soaked in blood. There were marks of a sharp weapon on the neck.
Rambai confessed after strict interrogation
Inconsistencies in Ramabai's statement made the cops suspicious and upon interrogating her strictly she confessed to committing the murder along with her lover.
Accused Raju Dumar told the police, I and Ramkesh Yadav used to graze goats together in the mountains of Panchampur Bhat. Ramkesh's daughter Rambai often came to give food to my father. During this time, she became friends with Rambai. Ramkesh was not happy with our relationship, so he killed her.
Later Raju Dumar revealed that he along with the victim used to graze goats together in the range of Panchampur Bhat. In the mean time Raju and Rambai developed feelings for each other.
