Mayawati’s Niece Files FIR Against Husband, Claims 'He Became Impotent Due To Steroids, In-Laws Pressurised To Conceive Child With Brother-In-Law'
A disturbing case has emerged involving the niece of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo and former chief minister Mayawati, who has filed serious allegations against her in-laws. Alice has accused her husband's family of pressuring her to have physical relations with his elder brother to conceive a child, claiming her husband is impotent. She has also alleged that her brother-in-law and father-in-law attempted to sexually assault her.
According to reports, the victim's in-laws reside in Bank Colony in the Kotwali area of Hapur. Alice claimed that despite multiple complaints to local police station and the Superintendent of Police, but no report was registered. Finally, a case has been registered against seven named accused, including her husband, following a court order.
Alice is the daughter of Mayawati's brother. She married Vishal from Bank Colony in the Kotwali area of Hapur on November 9, 2023. Her mother-in-law, Pushpa, is currently the chairperson of the Hapur Municipal Council, while her father-in-law, Shripal, is a BSP leader.
Shortly after the marriage, her husband Vishal, father-in-law Shripal Singh, mother-in-law Pushpa Devi, brother-in-law Bhupendra (alias Monu), sister-in-law Nisha, husband's sister Shivani, and maternal uncle-in-law Akhilesh reportedly began demanding additional dowry, including an apartment and 50 lakh rupees. The accused allegedly began physically abusing the victim and pressuring her to get an apartment and 50 lakh rupees from her aunt Mayawati.
The victim has stated that her husband had taken steroid injections for bodybuilding, which allegedly caused him to become impotent, after which he began living separately from her. Meanwhile, her in-laws allegedly started pressuring her to have physical relations with her brother-in-law to conceive a child. On February 17 this year, her brother-in-law Bhupendra and father-in-law Shripal allegedly beat her brutally and attempted to sexually assault her.
On March 18, 2025, the victim informed her family about her ordeal. Her relatives went to her in-laws' house and took her to the police station, but the police refused to register a report. Subsequently, on March 21, she complained to the Superintendent of Police, but no action was taken. After failing to get justice from both quarters, the victim approached the court. The police have now registered a case against the accused following the court's order.
