Krrish 4 Update: Priyanka Chopra To Return To Hrithik Roshan's Franchise, Claims Report
After years of wait, Krrish 4 was officially announced a few days ago, and this time, Hrithik Roshan will not just play the lead but he has also donned the director's hat for the film. And now, a new report has claimed that Krrish 4 will also mark the return of Priyanka Chopra Jonas in the franchise, and even in Bollywood.
According to a report in Pinkvilla, PeeCee has signed the dotted lines to play the female lead in the film. "The actress was bowled over by the vision of Hrithik Roshan to take the franchise forward, and was ecstatic to see him take over the challenges of directing the film," the report claimed.
The shoot of Krrish 4 will reportedly begin in early 2026.
Fans rejoiced as the news of Hrithik and PeeCee reuniting on the silver screens went viral as their chemistry was one of the highlights of the Krrish franchise.
Interestingly, the lovable alien Jadoo will also reportedly pay a visit to Hrithik once again in Krrish 4.
On March 28, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, who had earlier helmed Krrish, officially handed over the baton to his son as he announced that Hrithik will mark his directorial debut with Krrish 4. "Duggu 25 yrs back I launched you as an actor, and today again after 25 years you are being launched as a director by two filmmakers Aditya Chopra & myself to take forward our most ambitious film #Krrish4 (sic)," he wrote.
Hrithik is yet to open up about Krrish 4 and his directorial debut.
As for Priyanka, the actress is all set to mark her comeback in Indian cinema with SS Rajamouli's pan-India film, tentatively titled SSMB29. It stars Mahesh Babu in the lead role, and the cast and crew were recently spotted in Odisha, busy with the film's shoot.
