Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani’s Rs 15000 crore Antilia and Mumbai’s tallest building built on Waqf land? This Muslim leader makes shocking claims, not Owaisi

Ghazipur: Samajwadi Party MP Afzal Ansari launched a scathing attack on the Modi government and said that the general public doubts the intentions of the current dispensation. Talking to the media, Ansari commented on the riots in Murshidabad that occurred in protest against the Waqf Act. He said that he hasn’t read the news, but in his view, no civilized society approves of riots and violence. Taking a dig at the Centre, he further added that the government talks about the pain of minorities and backward communities, but it is depriving the majority of backward people of their rights.

He also raised concerns regarding issues faced by minority women. “If the government cannot restore the rights of their families, how can the public trust them?” he said.

Afzal Ansari on the Waqf Bill:

While talking to the media, Afzal Ansari claimed that the tallest building in Mumbai has been built on Waqf land. Calling the Waqf Board a custodian, Ansaid said that it only manages properties that are donated. These properties do not belong to the managers personally — they are a trust given by the donors. He added that the government said the unused Waqf properties would be sold.

Taking a jibe at the government, Afzal said that there are only two sellers and two buyers in the country. He asked how much more people’s faith would be squeezed. He also mocked the idea of turning disasters into opportunities, saying private jet owners did the same during the Kumbh Mela.

Afzal appealed to stop the anarchy in the country. He said that although this law was opposed in Parliament, it was still passed by majority vote. Now the matter is in the Supreme Court. He urged the public to have faith in the Supreme Court.

When asked about action against Sambhal MP Shafiqur Rahman Barq, Afzal said that Barq is fearless and that he has committed no crime that would make him afraid.

Mukesh Ambani’s Antilia on Waqf Land?

AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi has made a shocking statement saying that the land Antilia stands on actually belonged to a Waqf trust, sparking public debate. Old videos of Owaisi and former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal also resurfaced, where both alleged that the land was meant for an orphanage and religious school and was not sold legally.

Reports claim that the land was originally given to the Waqf Board in 1986 by Kareem Bhai Ibrahim. Later, in 2002, the plot was sold to Mukesh Ambani for Rs 21.5 crore. However, according to a Dainik Bhaskar report, the sale did not follow proper Waqf Board procedures. The sale should have been approved by a two-thirds majority of the Board, but no official meeting was held.
