There has been a shooting incident outside a townhouse campus in Spotsylvania County, Virginia, in which three people have reportedly died. The attack took place in the Old Greenwich Circle area around 5:30 pm (local time) on Tuesday. This area is 60 miles southwest of the capital Washington DC. The Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office said that they received a call on 911 about a shooting at the county’s townhouse campus. On receiving the information, a police team was immediately sent to the spot.
Injured admitted
Police have asked people to stay away from the area. Officials are investigating the shooting incident. No arrests have been made so far. The people injured in the shooting have been admitted to a local hospital, where they are undergoing treatment. Officials have not provided any additional information about the victims.
