Zomato’s Chief Operating Officer for the Food Delivery division, Rinshul Chandra, has officially resigned from his position, effective April 7, 2025. This announcement was made through a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Chandra’s Tenure at Zomato
Joining Zomato in 2018, Chandra ascended to the role of COO for the Food Delivery business in 2023. Throughout his tenure, he played a pivotal role in steering the company’s primary revenue-generating segment.
Recent Leadership Changes at Zomato
Chandra’s departure is part of a series of leadership transitions at Zomato. In September 2024, Akriti Chopra, the Chief People Officer and co-founder, resigned to pursue other interests. Additionally, in December, Hemal Jain, CFO of Zomato’s Hyperpure division, stepped down from his role.
