Is Ajay Devgn the reason Tabu never married? Living alone at 53, she may remain single for life

Actors Ajay Devgn and Tabu, who have worked together in several movies like Haqeeqat, Thaksha, De De Pyaar De, Vijaypath, Drishyam, are strongly connected to each other. Their friendship extends beyond cinema. Despite their some films not attract a large audience, the bond between them remains strong. A throwback video from the promotions of Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha has surfaced, where Ajay is jokingly explaining why Tabu did not get married.

In an interview with Navodaya Times, Ajay Devgn jokingly suggested that Tabu might be looking for someone like him, but added in humour that no such person exists. He initially joked that Tabu wants him, but quickly clarified that she is looking for a friend with similar qualities to him, emphasising that there is no one else like him.

Tabu responded with a playful yes, saying, “Exactly, main samajh gayi meri jaan (I understood),” and affectionately kissed his hand. She continued, acknowledging that Ajay’s unique nature allows him to tolerate her, suggesting that if he were different, he might not have been so patient with her. The actor also said, “I am not married yet; you got married and have kids now.”

It was in Vijaypath where we first saw Tabu and Ajay’s chemistry. After initially being surrounded by relationship rumours, their bond evolved into a celebrated friendship.
