Shah Rukh Khan spotted at his new temporary home with family
According to reports, the family has chosen new home, that is considerably smaller than their current home, but still quite luxurious. The temporary residence includes two duplex apartments in the Puja Casa building, situated in the upscale Pali Hill area of Khar. Together, the two apartments span 10,500 sq ft of area, significantly smaller than the 27,000 sq ft of Mannat.
The apartments are rented from actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani and his father, film producer Vashu Bhagnani. The monthly rents will be Rs 11.54 lakh and Rs 12.61 lakh, with a lease period of 36 months, starting from April 1, 2025.
Even though the new home is smaller, it’s just 3 km away from Mannat, allowing the family to stay close to their previous neighbourhood while their iconic house undergoes renovation. The Puja Casa building, where Shah Rukh and his family will be living temporarily is co-owned by the Bhagnani family, with its name paying homage to Vashu’s wife, Pooja Bhagnani.
