Let us tell you that the National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will conduct the NEET PG exam on June 15 in two shifts. The exam will be in computer based mode. Let us tell you that NEET PG exam provides admission in PG medical courses like MD, MS and PG Diploma. This is the second time that the board is conducting the NEET PG exam in two shifts. In 2024, the board conducted the exam for 2,28,540 candidates in two shifts from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:30 pm to 7 pm at 416 centers in 170 cities. The board has not yet released a detailed information bulletin for NEET PG 2025. Last year this bulletin was released just a day before the exam.

Doctors and MBBS students across the country have expressed strong displeasure over the decision to conduct NEET PG 2025 exam in two shifts. They have opposed this decision and said that conducting NEET PG exam in two shifts will implement normalization which will affect its transparency. Doctors Association FAIMA and Resident Doctors Association (RDA) of medical colleges across the country have opposed this decision. They say that the exam should be held in a single shift so that fairness is maintained and there is no possibility of any kind of disturbance or rigging.
