Meet actress who sang songs for Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan’s film, gave hit films with Tiger Shroff, Sidharth Malhotra, her name is…, she dated…

Sometimes, it’s not just your work, but your personal life that grabs major headlines. In today’s ‘Meet the actor’ segment, lets revisit the journey of an actor who worked with Sidharth Malhotra and caught attention for her relationship with a Kapoor family member. We are talking about none other than Tara Sutaria.

Born and raised in Mumbai, she is trained in classical ballet, modern dance, and Latin American dance. A professional singer since the age of seven, she began her career as a singer in Disney India’s Big Bada Boom. She has also sung songs for Aamir Khan’s film Taare Zameen Par, and Hrithik Roshan starrer Guzaarish. Not just that, Tara has lent her voice to many music albums and sung in many musical concerts.

Tara went on to appear in TV shows like The Suite Life of Karan & Kabir (2012) and Oye Jassie (2013). It was only years later that she made her big Bollywood debut with Karan Johar’s Student of the Year 2, starring alongside Tiger Shroff and Ananya Panday.

Tara garnered immense recognition with her debut film and then went on to star in films like Marjaavaan, Heropanti 2, and Ek Villain Returns which were released the same year in 2022. In 2023, she starred in the survival thriller Apurva, proving her versatility as an actress in a different role.

Apart from her professional achievements, her relationship with Ranbir Kapoor’s cousin, Adar Jain, also made headlines. However, the two eventually went their separate ways. Adar later got engaged to Alekha Advani, who was once a close friend to both him and Tara. Interestingly, she was often spotted ‘third-wheeling’ with the couple during their time together.

Meanwhile, on the work front, there were reports that Tara was roped in Yash’s Toxic. However, the actress denied all these claims. She is yet to announce any further announcements.
