Gilhotra head of Hockey Chandigarh

Karan Gilhotra was elected unopposed for the second consecutive term to head Hockey Chandigarh during the general council meeting in which 11 office-bearers were also elected. The election was held as per the National Sports Code 2011 and according to the constitutions and election byelaws of Hockey Chandigarh, claimed the spokesperson.

Dr Pushvinderjit Singh has been elected senior vice-president, Anil Vohra elected (male) vice-president, while SK Goswmi has been picked as (female) vice-president. Gurcharan Singh Gill and Paramjit Kaur Sekhon were elected joint secretaries, Simardeep Kaur as general secretary, Satinder Kumar Sharma treasurer and Anju Lata, Harpreet Kaur and Avtar Singh as executive members.
