Bollywood actor and producer Sohail Khan has leased out a commercial property in Mumbai's upscale Bandra area to The Irish House Food and Beverages Private Limited for a monthly rent starting at Rs 16.89 lakh, according to property registration documents accessed by Square Yards via the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website. The lease deal was officially registered in March 2025.

The property, located in Gasper Enclave, spans approximately 119.88 sq m (around 1,290.57 sq ft) of built-up area. As per the documents, the agreement includes a security deposit of Rs 60 lakh. A stamp duty of Rs 2.67 lakh and registration charges of Rs 1,000 were paid at the time of registration.

The 60-month rental agreement includes an escalation clause. While the rent is set at Rs 16.89 lakh per month for the first three years, it increases to Rs 17.73 lakh for the remaining two years.

Sohail originally purchased the shop in April 2009 for Rs 3.11 crore.

Located in the heart of Bandra, the property enjoys proximity to a hub of Bollywood celebrities, luxury boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and high-end residences. Known for its heritage charm and modern infrastructure, Bandra remains one of the most desirable addresses in Mumbai, offering great connectivity through the Western Express Highway, Bandra-Worli Sea Link, and the city's suburban railways.

Sohail, who made his acting debut with Maine Dil Tujhko Diya, has also starred in films like Hello Brother, Fight Club, and Veer. As a producer and director, he has delivered hits such as Partner and Jai Ho under his banner, Sohail Khan Productions.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sohail was last seen as Pathaan in the Telugu film Arjun Son Of Vyjayanthi.
