A: The first thing I do by assessing complex digital transformations is to understand what the business goals and the challenges are rather than jumping to a technical solution and then moving on. Key factors I consider include current technology infrastructure, regulatory requirements, scalability demands, security factors, and end-user influence. I am inclined towards an iterative approach such that it starts with a minimum viable product and keeps improving based on their response and metric feedback.
