MP Shocker! Minor Dalit Girl Raped, Assaulted and Thrown In Deserted Area In Critical Condition; 4 Teams In Search Of Accused

Dewas (Madhya Pradesh): Yet another case of rape was reported from Madhya Pradesh’s Dewas on Monday in which a minor dalit girl was abducted, raped and assaulted on Sunday night. 

Additionally, the accused threw the victim on a deserted road in a critical condition at midnight, as reported by police.

The accused was identified as Shaukat Mansuri, a resident of Mankund. The incident is said to occur while the girl was out to defecate on Sunday night. This is when the accused caught her and executed the crime. Later, he fled the spot.

The girl was found in a critical condition after which she was sent to a local hospital. As her condition was critical, she was referred to Indore hospital.

An FIR has been registered with Bhorasa police station under relevant charges of rape and assault of BNS. As many as 4 teams from Bhourasa, BNP, Hatpipliya, Sonkachh and other stations have been deployed in search of the accused. 

Police are continuously raiding the possible hideouts to nab Shaukat. ASP Jaiveer Singh Bhadauria from Dewas, TI BNP Amit Solanki also reached Bhourasa.

Locals demand demolishment of accused’s house 

The incident has angered the locals and public representatives, who have demanded the accused's house be demolished. 

Sonkatch MLA Rajesh Sonkar and Dewas District President of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Raisingh Sendhav have discussed the matter with Dewas Superintendent of Police (SP) Puneet Gehlot and demanded immediate action. 

According to the police, the accused has been identified and efforts have been intensified to arrest him. 

MLA Rajesh Sonkar said that such incidents are highly condemnable and the culprits will not be spared. 

BJP District President Raisingh Sendhav also demanded immediate justice for the victims from the administration.
