In Jalgaon, a former CRPF sub-inspector fatally shot his MBBS graduate daughter and critically injured her husband at a wedding ceremony due to their year-old marriage against his wishes. The father traveled 50 km to the event, firing three bullets before being subdued by attendees. The daughter died at the scene, while her husband is hospitalized with severe injuries.
