Janhvi Kapoor lives with her sister Khushi Kapoor and her father, an ace director, Boney Kapoor in a 8669 sqm house. It has amazing lighting, a pool that gives you space to unwind, huge paintings and also caters to a place that offers a tribute to their late mother and veteran actress Sridevi.

Kapoor’s home came to surface twice, as Janhvi featured in a walkthrough on Asian Paints Where The Heart Is and a candid, hilarious house tour by Farah Khan. Let’s just say, their home is not just a home but full personality in its own right.

The home has a neo-classical vibe accentuated by art pieces adorning the walls and a faux fireplace that blends old-world charm with sleek modernity, described the Asian Paints.  The linear lounge area, marked by strategically placed large window. A huge crystal chandelier hangs over a large 12-seater dinning table.

There are different paintings that add a pop colour to the otherwise white, marble home. Right by the table there is a huge portrait of Sridevi.

 

During a shoot with Asian Paints, Janhvi said, “Another thing I love about this space and essentially the entire house is that they have used a lot of white marble, which gives us a lot of room to decorate the space the way that we want because it is white and it is marble. It is a big part of, I guess, neo-classical architecture.”

There is an alley that is filled with memorabilia of the two families. Literally the memory lane!

Now, coming to the iconic swimming pool. It’s not your regular chill by the pool area but a full blow Bali vacation vibe.

The spiral staircase adds on the regality of the Kapoor mansion.

 

According to report by Times of India, the home is estimated to be worth Rs 65 crores. The Kapoor family holds the space super close to their heart. After the unfortunate demise of a beloved mother and dear wife, the family shifted to a new home carrying the memories of the actress. However, they believe that her energy, her aura  is always with them and this dreamscape home is what she would have wanted for them too.
